Hangover 2

The second installment of the Hangover saga dosen't quite live up to its unbelievable hype but is still a very funny film with original ideas from the genuis Todd Phillips who also Directed Old School and Road Trip. The now famous chimp who does nothing more than you've seen on funny youtube clips of funny animal acts was a little much to add on to all of the characters already fighting for screen time. Alan's character was written alittle meaner than the first Hangover but Stew's character saves the whole movie with gut busting line after another. Stew also has another sexual hookup in this film that will make you laugh until tears fall.

Hangover 2 has already made so much money in its first month in theatre that I hear a third script has been green lit to begin work on. I can't imagine where the boys will head to next but wherever it is they are sure to reck the whole city in a few short hours of drunken, druged and violent fun. I rank Hangover 1 as a top 5 comedy of all time, I rank Hangover 2 in the top 100 comedies of all time and can only guess number 3 will fall off much more.

Happy Mothers Day!

I just want to take a few moments out of this crazy life to wish all the great mothers of the world a Happy Mothers Day. Mothers and their children share a special bond unlike the Father-child relationship, not saying the fathers role is not special but the mothers care for her offspring is unmatched. We all have mothers or mother figures that are due credit for any success we have achieved in life. Through moral support or physical help moms are determined to create a great life for their babies.

I personally have to give my mother credit for her support and encouragement for any of the crazy ideas I chose to persue. Nomatter how wild my aspirations were she was there to say "You can do it" and for that I owe her more than a nice card with flowers and a teddy bear that sings Happy Mothers Day!

I dont know how I can ever repay you for what you've done for me but until that day comes just know I love you eternally!

FAST 5

The latest film in the Fast & Furious franchise is a great transition from street racing fun to big money heist action. Fast 5 brings in characters from the last 4 installments to form a super fast and ultra sexy crew. The film is surprisingly funny written again by Chris Morgan and Directed by Justin Lin who are making the 3rd Fast flick together and I hear there will be atleast 2 more fast movies for us high speed fans.

Vin Diesel and Paul Walker continue driving fast and living dangerously in there 3rd Fast film together. Vin plays Dom who comes out of hiding to help little sis and Brian O'Conner played by Paul Walker who are running from law enforcement as a couple. Tyrese and Ludacris return to the team and are the comic relief for the film. Sung Kang comes back from the not as impressive Tokyo Drift and makes a small contribution to the movie. Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock joins the squad of US Marshalls trying to track down Vin and Paul as they run through the beautiful and sometimes rugged Rio scenes.

Vin Diesel and The Rock who are sometimes mistaken for eachother have a great fight scene where you can see who is the bigger bald head stud. I highly recommed Fast 5 for you action junkys and if you haven't heard stay seated after the movie credits for a bonus scene that sets up the next Fast film.

The New Range Rover Evoque

The New 2012 Range Rover Evoque caught me by surprise when I got a glimpse of it at the Washington Auto Show. Its sleek design is the most fuel efficient Range Rover yet, which is very important to all of us dreaming of a luxury SUV with good MPG.
The Evoque's coupe look really struck me and had the crowd at the autoshow a little confused but in a good way.
The New Range Rover is slated to be released late 2011 at a price above the current Range Rover Sport. I have had a thing for the BMW X6 for the last year or so but now the new Evoque has become a part of my wish list. I cant wait for this machine to hit the streets, hopefully it will live up to my expectations. Hopefully

The Social Network

The Film the Social Network is a look inside the begining of the facebook website. The Social Network portrays Mike Zuckerberg as a untrustworthy nerd who misleads his harvard schoolmates to launch the facebook website. I tought the film to be mildly entertaining only because of the amount of money at stake. At this current date and time The Social Network film is nominated for a variety of awards which I will admit it deserves for the screenplay atleast.

The website Facebook has recently been valued at 50 Billion dollars which is quite a total for what appears to be the creators version of a college myspace meets match.com
The Social Network does not inspire me to work hard at original business ideas to become successful but does make me brainstorm on how to attach myself with genuis minds with great ideas to make money.
